I am a Culture and Communications expert, with over 15 years in-house and consulting experience leading People Strategies and supporting global leaders to prepare for future disruption and growth.
Throughout my career, I have specialised in leading cultural change teams with a keen focus on designing and delivering people strategies that embed new ways of working and behaviours in fast-paced and complex regulated environments.
I am passionate about delivering real and long-lasting change, doing so by pioneering innovative change solutions, leadership interventions and compelling strategies that influence behaviour and leave a sustainable impact on the employee experience.

Setting the new workplace vision and designing a change strategy to embed new behaviours and ways of working across Clifford Chance UK, preparing lawyers for the changing workplace and future disruption.
